If you love your meat and want to sink your teeth into a class all about steak, we’ve got good news for you!
Pitmaster Brad Shorten will be hosting a Steak Masterclass on Wednesday December 1 co-hosted by Steve from Steve’s Fine Meats.
This class features trimming and portioning whole cuts of beef, as well as learning how to cook steak over live fire.
The below cuts will be featured:
- OP Ribs
- Cube Roll
It will be a hands-on class with live demonstrations from Brad and Steve, where you will also learn tricks, tips, stories and experiences on how to master the perfect steak!
Tickets: $129 per person inclusive of a Welcome Drink on arrival from Wild Turkey & Dinner
Time: 6.30pm start (class is 3hrs in duration)
