BBQ Masterclass May | Brisket, Salmon, Smoked Cheeseburger, Smoked Corn
Learn the art of low and slow cooking with Pitmaster Brad Shorten at Fire and Brimstone BBQ on Monday May 10.
This BBQ Masterclass is for a group of aspiring Pitmasters or for those who simply want to take their BBQ to the next level. Brad will be passing on some secrets of the trade it has taken him years to learn.
This class features: Beef Brisket, Salmon, Smoked Cheeseburger, Smoked Corn – all served with our signature sides such as slaw, potato salad and pickles.
You will learn the basic of the cuts, how to prepare including trimming, rubs and how to serve. Brad will also discuss temperatures and timings of smoking, wood types and any other questions you have along the way!
You will enjoy all the food that we mention throughout the night, with bar service also in operation.
Tickets: $129 per person inclusive of a Welcome Drink on arrival
Time: 6.30pm start (class is 3hrs in duration)
